All our downloads are sold "as is" and no refunds can be offered for change your mind or unsuitability for your teaching purposes. Please read the description of the product carefully before purchase. For technical issues with our downloads please contact us and we will endeavour to rectify the problem as soon as possible. For faulty downloads we cannot repair, a full refund will be issued.
